We create spaces that are deeply, specifically the client's own — romantic in the truest sense, shaped by memory, material, and a commitment to place.
Established in Los Angeles in 2008, Studio Preveza works across residential and historic preservation projects where research and intuition carry equal weight. We are drawn to buildings with history because they ask something of us — to uncover what is already there, to work with what cannot be replicated. The hand-restenciled beam ceilings at Villa Carlotta were not designed so much as rediscovered.
This dialogue between past and present extends to the people we work with. We seek out artisans and craftspeople whose knowledge lives in their hands, and we build relationships that outlast any single project. FAUN, our hybrid art and design gallery, grew from this impulse — a space to sustain those conversations and bring them into view.
