FAUN

A mythical creature is neither one thing nor another. FAUN exists in that same in-between — part gallery, part design space, part ongoing conversation between art and the made object.

Located on Western Avenue in Los Angeles, FAUN was founded to sustain the dialogue that great projects begin but rarely finish. We work with artists and craftspeople whose practices share something with our own — an attention to surface, to material, to the weight of cultural memory. We exhibit their work, collaborate on objects, and create the conditions for something unexpected to emerge.
